Strategic Neighborhood Action Plan
Since January 2001, District residents have been working with their Neighborhood Action teams, led by the Neighborhood Planners, to develop Strategic Neighborhood Action Plans or "SNAPs" for each of the District's 39 Neighborhood Clusters. The Citywide Strategic Plan incorporates feedback from Citizen Summit II and serves as the foundation of the District's budget. Come join Mayor Anthony Williams and learn how District residents are guiding the future of their neighborhoods. (October 26, 2002)
